Overview
Tricon’s Commercial Development Program is designed to prepare high-potential graduates for commercial and trading roles within the global commodities business and offer opportunities for long-term success at an industry-leading company.
Program participants move between structured rotations in key functions that support Tricon’s commercial activities, including Operations, Market Intelligence, and Risk Management. The program provides exposure to global trade flows, customer relationships, and risk-driven decision-making.
This is not a theoretical training program. Participants are embedded within teams, contribute to work that moves our company forward, and are expected to perform in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
