Tricon now has twenty-two offices located in sixteen different countries on four continents. A diverse staff provides a wide spectrum of languages, cultural experiences, and accessibility in many time zones to suppliers and buyers. Originally expanding through Latin America, trading has diversified to include operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Today Tricon regularly conducts business with over 1,000 customers and 400 suppliers across 100 countries. The volumes of product moved have continued to increase annually by more than 15% since inception, and in 2010 Tricon handled close to four million metric tons of material, with revenues reaching $2.5 billion. Growth and steady expansion is an intrinsic part of Tricon's greater goals, and to accomplish this objective the company relies on its main asset: the human team.
